Services
Counselling
Life can feel heavy sometimes. We are here to support you with whatever you may be facing in life. We offer a safe space to explore, reflect, and work together on practical strategies. Our therapists specialize in perinatal mental health, disability and chronic illness, relationships, and more.
Perinatal Counselling
Whether you are about to become a new parent or are struggling in new parenthood, we want to partner with you as you navigate the changes that come with this transition into parenthood, such as finding your identity, family sleep, setting boundaries, and so much more!
Behaviour Coaching
Sometimes it can be hard to know how to support your kids with their feelings and behaviour. We want to help you support your child in a way that feels good and aligns with your values as a parent and family. Together, we can get curious about your child and explore evidence-based strategies that meet the unique needs of your children.
